If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for return, all items must be in brand new, unused and undamaged condition (including the watch box) otherwise the items will be returned to you without refund.
1 Year Warranty
Should items become faulty after the regular returns period, we also offer a 1 year warranty. This does not include general wear and tear (such as material breakdown or fading) or accidental damage (such as dropping). If possible your item will be professionally repaired, otherwise we will offer a direct replacement. If a direct replacement cannot be offered (item no longer in stock) we will issue you a full refund or store credit.
Sending your return to us
Please print and fill out the returns form included in your shipping confirmation email (the download link is near the bottom of the email) then pack it along with your items. If you cannot include a printed version of the form then please include a note with your name, address, order number (this will be in your order confirmation email) and reason for return. We have also included an address label for your convenience.

To ensure that your return gets to us safely we advise that you use a tracked and/or recorded service. If your return is of high value (containing multiple items), we also advise you purchase postal insurance. You will need to pay for any postage charges unless otherwise agreed.
Customs - Important notice for international returns
If returning items to us from outside Europe, you must mark your parcel "RETURNED GB MERCHANDISE" and declare its value as £0.00. Your local postal office should be able to help you with this. If this is not done then a customs charge may be applied once your return arrives into the UK. We can either pay the charge and deduct it from your refund or reject the parcel so it will be returned to you . Please do not use FEDEX for your return.
What happens next?
We aim to process all returns within 1-2 days of being delivered to us.
If a refund is due, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it has been processed. If you originally paid by debit/credit card, please allow a further 5-10 weekdays for the funds to show in your bank account. Paypal refunds are usually returned to your Paypal account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund within these timescales, please contact us.
Exchanges will be processed as 1) a refund for your original order then 2) a new order for your exchanged item. You will receive confirmation emails for each of these. All exchanges are sent using Standard delivery unless otherwise requested.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (they will be notified of your return).
The original shipping charge paid at checkout is non-refundable unless we sent you the wrong item, a faulty item or there was a significant delay in delivering your order.
